Business Information<\/span><\/h2>\n

The Business Information feature lets you store your core business details once and then instantly generate pre-formatted, auto-populated templates across your documents – no retyping required.<\/p>\n

Setting Up Your Business Information\"Setting<\/span><\/h3>\n

To set up your Business Information:<\/p>\n

    Go to Insert > Business Information<\/strong> (or Insert > Business Card \/ Letterhead<\/strong>).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    The Business Information dialog opens.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    Fill in the fields: Name<\/strong>, Job Title<\/strong>, Organisation<\/strong>, Address<\/strong>, Contact Info<\/strong>, Tagline<\/strong>, and Logo URL<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    Click Save<\/strong>. Your details are stored securely in your browser’s LocalStorage and will be available every time you open Open Publisher.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Using Your Business Information\"Business<\/span><\/h3>\n

    From the Insert<\/strong> ribbon, open the Business Information<\/strong> dropdown and choose from three ready-made templates, each auto-populated with your stored details:<\/p>\n

      Letterhead –<\/strong> A formatted header block for professional correspondence, auto-populated with your name, company, and contact details.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Business Card –<\/strong> A compact, formatted business card layout pre-filled with all your stored information and logo.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Signature –<\/strong> A compact email or document signature block.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
