Booklet Printing assembles your pages into printer spreads ready for saddle-stitch binding – ideal for zines, magazines, programmes, and folded brochures. Open Publisher automatically calculates the correct page pairing order so you don’t have to.<\/p>\n

How to Print a Booklet

    Go to File > Print Booklet<\/strong>, or select the Booklet<\/strong> option from the print modal.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    Print double-sided on your printer.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    Fold and staple through the central spine to complete the booklet.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    How Pages Are Paired\"How<\/span><\/h3>\n

    The engine automatically calculates which pages print together on each sheet. For an 8-page document, the pairings are:<\/p>\n

      Page backgrounds applied via Format Background<\/strong> or the Theme Studio<\/strong> render correctly in booklet mode.
